I was trying to do a Firefighting / CBRN Team, but Medics I feel work here too. I am also debating on adding TOLLBOOTH & HARDTOP as Combat Engineers here as well, making this an 18 Troop Team

Looking good! What about adding Ice Storm v2 (Nolan Ligotke) as a US Navy Hospital Corpsman and Sidetrack v2 (John Boyce)? Sidetrack is listed almost exactly like Stalker. He could technically be an 18D Special Forces Medical Sergeant or maybe a 68W who was assigned as a medic in the 75th Ranger Regiment.

I Have both Ice Storms with my Arctic Operations Team, first one as a Marine and the Second as a Navy Hospital Corpsman.

Sidetrack v2 is Operations Sergeant on my Desert Operations Team.

I tend to stick with Transformer names, so First-Aid would be my first choice.

I had a generic-looking medic figure, as a kid, that I called Crash Cart. Can't remember what toy line he was from. I think he was just one of those supermarket generic action figures you saw in the toy aisle in the 80s.
