Loose, how do you employ your engineer team? Do you pull personell to form provisional units based on the mission or are they always deployed together?

I never thought it out too much. I would think like in real life they could be treated as a Battalion/Headquarters asset and deployed as needed. THere are Engineers in all the squadrons to do demo work and small time EOD stuff. However I envision this Engineers team more as one of the two troops that make up the Special Weapons unit. They would probably work with one of the other squadrons depending on the environment.
So perhaps it's an Amphibious landing or an Airborne drop to secure a port or airport. The Marine or Airborne Team would do an initial assault, and cut off the town or base or bridge. Then the Special Weapons team comes in and does mop up maybe with the Urban team depending on the size of the objective. These are a lot of Electronics Engineers, mixed with some Combat Engineers. They aren't clearing roads for the division to roll up in Tanks (Although they could). The Engineers along with the Assault team would be coming in with Heavy Weapons, lots of experimental body armor and walking into a hornets nest with Big Guns. Using all the technology at their disposal to take an objective, when you just can't bomb the place to smithereens. They roll in with a couple of RHINOs and the Rolling Thunder plus light air support.

OK my last Squadron. It sort of my least favorite since I can't really see how it would be feasible mixing with the OKtober Guard.
But considering how current events are shaping up in Syria you never know? Maybe they temporarily join the Coalition. Did DDP ever give ranks for the Phoenix Guard?
Was Gen. Rey's actual grade given? Did Marvel ever give Wade Collins rank in the LRRP? |

Indiana Jones and the Crystal Skull figure. My conscripts are the German figures. My Spetznaz are the MTF dark green Camo figures.
