Even though we have Range Vipers, they could create a different Recon or Long-Range Surveillance Viper. They've done just about every environment so far: Hydro, Ice, Air, Para, Swamp, Jungle, Alley... |

Ben, Blizzard or Bullhorn would all be great updates. So would Mirage, Spearhead or (convntion colour) Longarm IMHO. All of those could be done in great modern style and appear realistic. The question is if they are popular enough with collectors in general. They have their followings, but not nearly to the same degree. |

I agree. I think Longarm would be a great way to pay homage to the Hurtlocker. We never got a desert version. There are still some great classic Joes from the mid 80s that we still haven't gotten:
Lifeline Airtight Jinx Footloose Leatherneck (the Tiger Claw and Convention versions still don't quite cut it IMO) Cover Girl Cross-Country Lift-Ticket Iceberg Crazylegs Law & Order Frostbite Crankcase |

I think we'd get a Crazylegs and Saw-Viper. Those were two that were named dropped in some Q&As.
As for what Vipers are missing? I can't think of anything. We have all the environments, scouting, snipers, medical, communications, technical, hazarous, space... I think it's all covered.

I forgot Crazylegs. He could look great in POC style.
Personally I'd like to see every joe character updated eventually (baring street fighter). But I know that will never happen. Thre's some great new sculpt figures also: Med Alert, Cross Hair, Scalpel, Dart, Stall siblings, etc. who should also get done and would look great/semi-realistic. Quote:
Also need a covert ops viper (did the shadow viper ever have a figure?).

Still waiting on that. (I actually want to see this happen) Also need a covert ops viper (did the shadow viper ever have a figure?). |

Yeah but not a very good one. YOJOE.COM | Shadow Viper
Yeah, he needs a re-vamp. Which could make an epic figure. |
