[QUOTE=oliverbox;1228521]Glad you made it, Loose; stay safe. And you're right - everything probably is bugged. I'm sure you've heard the stories. The new government isn't really all the different from the old government.

Incidentally, I've hit the National Museum of the Navy, the National Museum of the Marine Corps, and now the National Museum of the Air Force all in the last two-three months. Weird timing.

Fogger, are all those Museums in our area? Where are they? When are you going to the Army and Coast Guard Museums?

I don't think the Coast Guard has one at all - at least, not that I've found. The Navy museum is on the grounds of the Naval Yard in DC and the USMC one is in Quantico, so both of those are not far. Both of them have websites with directions, too. The USMC one is definitely worth a trip - lots of great exhibits. The Navy museum had a bunch of old artillery & guns that you could actually climb on - really nice if you went with kids (which we did). The Air Force museum is at Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, Ohio, so that one's not close.

One of the highlights of my visit to DC couple years ago was the day spent at Arlington. What an amazing place.
The Changing of the Guard at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier is amazing. I didn't even get to go over to the part where the Iwo Jima memorial is. Saw the Viet Nam Wall and the Statue that was promienent in the Joe comics when Stalker went to the Wall. That was pretty cool.

I've been to "The Wall" and Arlington several times. They are truly amazing places that everyone should visit at least once in their lives.

Awesome. Special Missions were the best Joe stories.

Yeah. Special Missions were among my favorite reads back in the day. My all time favorite is # 6 when Outback is trying escape out Borovia. I'm glad these are coming back.
