hi if you list an item for sale on ebay ,and a notorious buyer sends you low offer, and before you cand send your reply, they have already clicked buy it now! then procede to send u mail trying get you to sell cheap on the side ,and offering trades, and stating that item isnt worth it, and he wont pay for it! then you decline and then states that i have to cancel transaction , that he wont pay , and if i dont accept his trade or low offers , they will leave bad feedback, and other trouble.., and then trys offer a low amount again.,,! aso stated only bid on it because he didnt win other item i had, but then tried say after i declined his offers that was mistake clicking buy it now, and that i messed it up by not cancel and sell on the side!

If he threatened you then open a dispute, you may not be the only one this buyer has tried this with.

Yeah what the other guys said. Open a dispute and ff he sent you all this through the message system on Ebay, then just report him to ebay since it's documented on thier side. Or if it's e-mails find out if you can forward the e-mails to Ebay.

From what I gather, your buyer is perpetrating extortion and wire fraud.
I wonder if he understands he can go to prison.

Contact e-bay and tell them what happened.
Put that ball right back in his court. I had a guy try and jam me up a few years ago, the other way around though, I was the buyer and I forgot what the details were, but once I threatened to contact both E-bay and Pay Pal, he got his sh*t together REAL quick. .

1.what is his user name so we all know to avoid him?
2.Since it's all documented by private notes or emails, report him and if possible, leave him negative feedback first. |

Cancel the dispute and block the seller from being able to bid on your auctions. Is there a link to his ebay profile?

That doesn't make sense..Why would he/she make an offer then "buy it now". I'm not a seller but a buyer and feel once he clicked buy it now he's agreeing to pay that price. I don't know exactly how ebay works as I only buy but yes you should open up a claim against them. Also post their name so other tankers can look out for this person.

Probably because he's under the mistaken notion that the offer is somehow more binding than the BIN price he agreed to when he hit it to end the auction.
