That's one of my all time favorites. In part because it was inexpensive, so it was easy to get. It could carry 3 figures (granted, two had to hang on for their lives), missiles, guns, rotating engines, and all the wings and stuff came off so you could play that it was shot up or under repair.
As I recall, it was pretty heavily featured in the cartoon as well so the more toon-centric folks around here probably dig on it, too. |

I always used to pretend it was a snowmobile on crack, jet engines and those huge ski's.

Which would you rather Hasbro release first, the Dragonfly or the Tomawhawk? I think the Dragonfly is more likely to be done first.
Forgot to mention the Skystorm, the Mamba, the Retaliator and the Locust, too.

I agree, it's awesome. You want a helicopter? Plenty of those too. We'll probably see a Dragonfly on shelves sooner than later.

There's plenty of non-Joe helicopters out there that the 25th figures are compatible with. Can get those for cheaper then an official Joe vehicle would be.
Since Lift Ticket is coming out with the Ghost Hawk, I think we'll see a Dragonfly/Mamba before we see the Tomahawk. I'm thinking 2009 version of the Conquest/Rattler.
