I placed an order with Toywiz for a wave 10 set (first time ordered with them) - hope they get here in good condition. Will report when they arrive.

you know that really sucks guys.
I do think they open the boxes and take out variant figures. But to send them all crushed and beat up - WOW!!! BBTS needs to get their act together.

This is definitely a freak mistakes.
I order from them all the time, and with the exception of a few dings and dents once in awhile, I receive all my stuff in 80% or much better condition usually. They even make it through UPS' hands, I have had many boxes beat up, but all items ok! I would mostly blame the shipping company, but if that wasn't the case, then BBTS must have had someone sleeping on the job. I fully recommend and prefer BBTS compared to many other online companies like Toywiz and Smalljoes, never dealt with EE. |

But i will say that bbts will take care of you. So do not worry! You guys both have a claim. Got my wave 10 today also. I am sure it is going to be just fine when i pick it up from my uncle's house. For i order collector's grade. And if not well bbts will be buying the next set. |

wow, that sucks. clearly, that happened during shipping though IMHO. He ordered the set of 6 (6 times for 36 figures) so of course they're going to be lose in the box, but judging by the shape of that box I don't think it would have mattered if it were a case or the set... I highly doubt BBTS would send out figures in that shape...unless they wanted to lose business.

Wow that sucks. I will say though, that I have opened minty cardboard cases at walmart before, and the cards were bent inside the case. Cases were fine. Its a wierd thing. Still, that box looks pretty bad there. Geuss the orange fragile sticker didn't mean much to someone. Sorry about your toys man.

I just got home and found a box from BBTS sitting at the door for me. I opened it to find a factory sealed wave 10 box. I open that box to find a complete set of wave 10 with a clear Wrath. All of them are in good condition. I hope BBTS makes this right because I have made a third order with them. But if they don't, I'll be the first person cancel my order.

Actually, I find it disconcerting if they opened everything up like that but I would like to see pictures.
I've ordered from a lot of online retailers and fortunately, with each, I have had good business but then I have also had problems with bent packages, curled packages, figures with arms popped off, you name it. But most of the time, they have been very cool of giving me the opportunity to return it and trying to keep my business or giving me a discounted rate. With BBTS, so far, everything I've bought from them have been fine... no problems but I would definitely make the call and would be interested to hear what they have to say. As for the comments on Fed Ex or UPS guys probably doing it. You always hear about certain people doing that but for the majority of those that I know who have delivered...they're busy as it is and I just doubt that many would think "oh, GI Joes...let's see if I can find a wraith"...sorry but I just don't see that happening. I'm sure there are rare horror stories but I just don't find that happening. As for the employees that are involved in shipping items, now I've had that problem before. A few years ago I purchased Adobe Creative Suite CS2 (very expensive software) and they shipped me a 3 1/4 drive. And the store had the balls to say that there is no way one could mistake software for a disk drive. Exactly...but they did. But after their investigation, I sent their product back and they sent me mine... but you never know... Anyway good luck and hope everything works out because I doubt BBTS would risk their reputation especially to a lot of us tankers!

First & foremost, when BBTS says you are receiving a case of figures, you get just that...a case of figures. This is the first time in the almost 5 or more years that I've dealt with BBTS that I've ever heard anything like this.
I've never ordered a sealed case of figures only to find them opened later on. I've ordered items from BBTS that looked like they were being shipped to a friend, not just a customer. I highly suggest you contact BBTS if you haven't already to get things squared out. BBTS isn't in the business of screwing people over or ripping people off...let alone just throwing stuff in a box and hoping for the best. |
