I'd prefer the color it's in now. But that's just me!

Tear a small piece of receipt paper, cover the hole and push his backpack in. That might help.
I dismantled my Buzzer backpack and the gas can now resides in the side basket of the Armadillo.

It was an easy fix. If you really got after it, you could probably do it in 20 - 30 minutes with the right equipment. I had to search and call around to a friend to get the right things I needed but if I had the material in hand, just waiting for the paint to dry would have been the most time consuming.

Try the hot glue method that a lot of people use for wobble-heads. dip the backpack peg in vasoline, fill the hole with hot glue, put the backpack on and wait for the glue to dry. The jelly will prevent the backpack from being "permanently attached" and all you'll have to do is trim the overflow from around the hole. Just my suggestion.

very cool mod...i detailed my Buzzers saw too and it made me like him more, but your mod just goes one step further...
i also gave my Buzzer a trooper left thigh so he can slide a machette into the knife holder...plus i gave him a set of shippy forearms and it makes him look so much tougher... |
