I think that if it doesn't include at least some aspects of all three, then it's not actually GI Joe.

I'm fine with some ninjas, but Joe is oversaturated with them now.

I voted sci-fi, my fanboy dream would see it go into the realm of the Zombie Vipers and develop from there, a dash of Res Evil and Aliens vs. Marines.
That'd probably upset the military fans, but it's just me. |

I agree with this. I love G.I. Joe because of the uniqueness of it with both the Sci-Fi and Ninjas, but deep down, to me, it all comes back to the Military aspect. Everything else I like in small doses to keep it fresh and different. But without a strong Military aspect the concept has no glue to keep it together. Anyhow, that's my opinion.

Of course I will declare the military aspect to be more important, even though everything else is important. But regardlesss how people vote what they prefer, at the core it has to be the grounded in military themes. Otherwise, it ain't GI JOE. And the term GI Joe was coined before many of us were born, as way to describe military troops.

As a kid I would have said all of the above, but as an adult I have to go with military.
