I recently placed an order for the new DVD packs and 2 each of the 2 Trouble Bubble sets(wanted a few extra Tele-Vipers) for a total of one Arise Serpentor Arise, one Pyramid of Darkness, and four total Trouble Bubble sets.
I got both DVD sets no problem, but instead of four vehicle sets got just two, and one was the VAMP with Clutch! I'm going to call and tell them what happened, but I'm a bit bewildered that not only did they get the items wrong but also the quantity. I don't have any negativity towards them, mistakes happen, but I have heard people talk about them in not so glowing terms, and was wondering if anyone else had any problems, and how their customer service is for things of this nature? |

I've never had problems with their customer service, but their "quality control" has been less than stellar in my personal dealings with them and I've had to make arrangements with their customer service annually sense '03. I don't hate them but I do think things could be a lot better.

They seem like a very small orginization that just gets horribly overwelmed by orders and makes a lot of mistakes.

The reason i ask is because i also placed an order last thursday and they cant tell me if it shipped or not????
It was for wave 2 dvd packs. This was my 1st and after your story and my own experience the LAST time i will order from them........ Hope it all works out for you. |

I got my shipping email the day they arrived, so it wouldn't surprise me if they show up before you ever receive one. I'll let you guys know how it turns out.
