Thats an easy one!
The answer is "What characters appear after Larry Hamma stopped writing GI Joe in 1994." Mayday, Depthcharge, Mariner, Kamakura, Sgt. Hacker, Big Boa, Barrel Roll, Dart, Zanya, Alexander Destro, Lady Armada, Claymore, Glenda, the entire Black Plague troops including Blackout, plus all mentioned above.

Heavy Duty did appear in a few. There was Cobra Commander's Invasion of the pit. He was on the line defending the pit with Duke against the Mark II BATS, complete with that wierd machine gun rocket launcher thing he came with. I seem to recall Rampart appearing in a couple too, though I can't recall the circumstances. I need to reread my old list.

Bushido was one of those that appeared in like one comic. It was the issue where there were Joes Going through the Training/elimination process to be come a joe. He was with Lightfoot and Repeater when Iron Grenadeers masquerading as Vipers attacked a base.

He and Back Blast appear next to a Hammer shooting some AA at a Cobra Ratler that was chasing the Phantom X-19.

How would Helix be in it? She was first introduced in IDW comics and as far as I can tell, does not posses the power to time travel!

Unfortunately Bushido, Banzai and T'Gin-Zu never appeared in the Marvel run...they were the only three of the original Ninja Force that have yet to make an appearance.
