32 - Didn't start collecting til the 25th line came out along with MP Transformers. I still have some vintage Joes in my garage from 87-89.

I'm from Argentina and G.I.Joe was pretty big down here back in the day. While I was born in '82, the Joe "mania" caught us later in these lands. I think it was around 88 or 89. The years of Cobra Invasor, Cobra Mortal, Glenda and the like... The 25th line's a dream come true. But, just like with Star Wars, you've got to know that many characters won't see their "definitive" versions till late in the game. I mean... just look at Beachhead's case. He's coming out in a comic-pack with Mainframe and they gave him the correct vest and even an alternate mask-less head. These are the things we dreamt of as kids.

29. I originally collected Joes (as a kid of course) from '83-'88. I just got back into Joes last summer with the new 25th line. I like the line for nostalgic and sentimental reasons. Looking forward to many more years of modern updates of all the old ARAH figures!

I'm 23.
My earliest memories are of the 87 and 88 Joes. But the 90-91's were my favorites, up until the end of the original line. Eco Warriors Flint, Ninja Force Storm Shadow, Sonic Fighters Tunnel Rat, Sonic Fighters Psyche Out, DEF Shockwave, Heavy Duty - they were my main dudes. I'm stoked for the 25th/Modern era line because it gives me the oppiortunity to get guys like Steeler and Snow Serpents and all of that. I didn't get to experience those older GI Joes. I get to now and they look WAY better. Though when I do see pictures of the 'vintage' stuff from the early 80's, it does look pretty rad. I'm just really grateful for the 25th Anniversary stuff. |

I'm 29 I remember way back when we were just seeing pictures of the first 25th figures
I got hooked back into Joes back at the 2003 Botcon in Chicago. Guy had a box of $3 loose joes and I went nuts. Got home and realised I went to a Transformers convention and came back with mostly GI Joe stuff |
