I've never had any of the issues these folks have, and I've ordered a lot from them. I did have one shipping snafu, but that was DHL's fault, and SmallJoes squared me right away. Awesome service.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I've been trying to resolve an issue with them since FEBRUARY and have gotten no help. They sent me a magazine with a torn cover. After giving me instructions on how to return it for a replacement, they claimed that they had credited my "account." I have never seen this money nor a replacement magazine. My emails went unanswered for months until they blocked my email address! Today, I went to check the status of a recent order, and my account with them has been locked. I have no idea what this means. Do they have my money? Is my order being processed? Unbelievable. Anybody have a phone number for them? I guess maybe snail mail is my last hope.

Seriously, are you retarded? |

i've ordered from them about 8 times and haven't had a single problem like some of the others here.
unfortunately there prices are a little steep especially on retailer exclusives, but they said its more for international collectors who can't get the exclusives, like me. so they have helped me out and they make a profit for it. |

As I said earlier, I haven't ordered from them in a couple of years but recall having no problem with the service. I just question their recent pricing decisions and, on some items, I believe they're no better than the online scalpers you see people complaining about on these forums. As I say every once in a blue moon when these stupid threads pop up about retailers I've dealt with, Corey is a stand up guy as a retailer, and someone I'm glad to call my friend.
As for the prices if you don't like them, BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE. I'd really like to see some of you people who like to bitch about everything just try to run a business and not have a bad transaction every once in a while. It happens, and the best you can do with it is deal with it as best you can, and most times someones going to go away unhappy. I hate these kinds of band-wagon jumping, horseshit threads. |
