What is Classified's real name?

In the whole history of G.I. Joe, has Snake-Eye's real name every been revealed beyond Classified? Or is it like Classi Fied?

I heard from a guy who heard it from another guy that heard it on the subway from a woman in a red hat that his name is Fred. Don't take it as gospel, but those women with red hats know what they're talking about.
