The pegs on the back fit in so the wings kinda flap...the tentacles are dumb looking...

The pegs on the wings can be filed down ever-so-slightly for a better fit...like just tap the peg with the file to get the best fit....don't go crazy, because they are small...

I'm still screwing with mine...

You can't really force the pegs into the slots because the wings bend at the base where it connects and you may snap them.

I used a small screwdriver and pushed the pegs into the holes. It worked fine. Also might try heating up the wings and backpack and do the same (alot easier).

I managed to get mine in OK. Once in, they are pretty cool. I still think Falcon looks like a 70's swinger...

Yeah, I used scissors; they're not in perfectly, but they won't be falling out.
