Looking at the THUNDERWING and GHOSTSTRIKER X-16, both have a flip down joystick that basically allow you to FLY the aircraft. While I find this feature really cool, how do some of you feel about it? Would you want to see this feature in future aircraft or would you prefer some sort of interactive joystick that mounts beneath the aircraft into some sort of port/jack and go from there? It would be interesting to see if Hasbro would do something like this and link it to a video game should we ever go that route. Think of the joystick like a Wii controller and basically the sensor is built into the joystick and reacts with the screen-DOGFIGHTS, TARGET PRACTICE, TAKE OFFS AND LANDING ON AIR, LAND OR SEA, and you could see this definately linking up to a driver's wheel for on land missions etc.

I dont know man I always thought that was a crapy feature. I always wanted my toys to look more realistic like the sky striker. I quite buying joes when hasbro started making crap like the x-16. as for the game thing, I had the greatest time using my imagination with my joe's I think kids have enough electronic junk in there lives and are losing there ability to just play. but hey thats just my opinion. sorry to be a hater.

The Thunderwing was still a good jet despite the joystick, but I'd have preferered it without one.

Without. I like the jets better with no crappy joystick. I also like the JETS better with Brett Favre.

I actually really like the Thunderwing. Something about being able to switch between missile strikes and bombing runs, and looking through the target reticle make it a very fun toy. If they had made it a little bigger it would have been perfect, but I'm very happy with the way it is. You might think the fold down handle is a dumb idea, but it really kind of works.

I like functional handles. The skystriker had the fuel/napalm tank that was perfect for grasping and soaring. The Rattler was just plain easy to handle.
