I love the thunderwing!

The X-16 and Thunderwing never looked bloated to me. Having a removeable handle would have been cool. I dont care for the projector underneath but Im still loving the detail and craftsmanship that went in to making it. The dayglo neon has to go tho.

I like the joystick option but it isnt a requirement, just got to thinking that considering how everything has a game nowadays, it would be an interesting feature. I always loved the psuedo gimbal flight sims at the arcade back in the early 90s. Seeing what they are doing with the Wii, it would hurt to tie a flight sim into the toy line.

I think I would rather a clip on joystick tho, rather than one going up into the body. I prefer to keep the jets simple but I like the missile and gun sounds like the thunderwing, too bad Hasbro couldnt make a generic joy stick that could handle all that.

I vote "yea" for plug-in handle, especially if it made realistic attack sounds when you hit the fire buttons.
