Yeah, it's definitely a production error. I was only kidding about the variant thing because everybody on eBay claims every paint error or missing accessory as a "rare variant" and tries to charge ridiculous prices for them. That being said, I'd still keep it sealed and pick up another Wild Bill to open (he's easy to find around here)
