well i made this thread to see how many NYC tankers are out there from the 5 boros

in the New York sightings Thread its mainly guys from upstae new york

well lets see if anybody responds then ill know if im alone out here In Nyc or not.

hey dude...im from long island new york...but i search in manhattan for joes too...and sometimes staten island when i visit my cousins

I am a NJ regular and live there but work in Manhattan. Only places I ever hit in NY are TRU Times Sq and KMart at Penn Station (which usually have nothing)

Seediest KMart? Man, they are all pretty seedy, so that's a pretty big statement! Then again, it is in one of the seediest places - Penn Station. And the KMarts back home(in NJ) generally don't have anything more than that one...

It's close enough to the ACE that homeless like to gravitate there when the TA cops kick them out, it's pretty much the last place I'd ever shop for anything anywhere.

And Penn is only seedy on the LIRR level, the Amtrak level is quite nice and has a great pizza place.

im from mineola. i work in the city and go to the penn kmart often. it sucks goat balls. i do find some decent stuff once in a blue moon, but rarely any joe figures. I did however see a bum sleeping/with pissed pants in a set of luggage there a few weeks back. security was just standing there staring at him. i suggested they just wheel him out into penn with the luggage and they security guard called me a crazy cracker. im sure they tried to sell the luggage though lol

I made a NYC and Long Island Tankers group the first day that option of making groups had become available on this site. I was tired of reading all of the posts in the sightings thread of the findings by the members living upstate. The group is open to anyone living in Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, Staten Island, and the Bronx, as well as Nassau and Suffolk counties.

I'm from Queens, NY. But I'm usually always hunting out in Long Island. Everywhere seems to be pretty dry right now. Especially Joes. The TRU I go to in Queens hasn't had Joes in about a month now. Sucks!!!!!
