So wait, you guys are going to "play guns" dressed as GI Joe guys, and also as grown men?
That's fucking rad. Wish I had the balls to do that. I was awesome as playing guns when I was a kid. Untouchable, some say. |

hm... old hat. I've created a thread on here bout a year ago inrelation to this, which was also an invitational durring Joecon 2011 in orlando to an airsoft field to conduct missions as such.
When I played with my Airsoft team, while my bro, SE was with me. we played with them as respectives. Flint and SE. what we did was highly similar. Have many photos of us in action. that was a fun day. Yo Joe! if I lived up there i`d be a member not many of us down here that enjoy that. My profile has some of my gear pictured.

That would be mad fun. I'd do Stalker or Roadblock. I've wanted to get into airsoft for a while. I did pick up a pistol sometime ago. Never used it though outside of just messin around in my room.
Slightly related sidenote, I've been thinking of adding Stalker and/or Roadblock to my cosplay wishlist. I looked at doing Doc too. His would be easier I think.

Dragon.. what Kind of Pistol? Spring, Gas, or electric? Roadblock would be cool. but.. finding a M1919 or M2 is just impossible, short of building your own using a P90 for the running unit. They had several different ones available at some point. But.. I'd go with Rock's RB setup and use the SAW M249 as primary, with a Desert Eagle for secondary. as for Stalker? I'd go with tri-color digital woodland, with either a FAL FN, or MP5 for primary with .45 or M9 for secondary. his chest rig isn't hard to find.

It's spring. It had a flashlight and a laser too. I could give you more details but I don't have it with me.

What's the fps of an airsoft round compared to a paintball?
I know, I know, "Depends on what kind models we're talking about, etc., etc..." I've played paintball and it is incredibly fun. Total adrenaline rush because you really REALLY don't want to get hit. Got nailed in the neck once but luckily it wasn't from a very powerful gun/close range or I probably would have been severely bummed. Nevertheless, I got a neoprene neck guard before playing again. Wish I hadn't sold my gear... Anyways, you guys should get some hero cams and record the action! That would be really cool to watch. |

Ah, Airsoft... another of my hobbies screwed up by knee-jerk public hysteria.
I really wanted that Tokyo Marui Five-seveN...

Educating is near useless. Hang in there
