SDCC 2008 AFA Score !!!

I waited early in line to get to the hasbro booth preview night. I didnt know I would get this lucky though...

I am stoked !!! Yes, it's the blue suited Commander. I was also able to get my other figs, so my day was complete, and well worth the wait.

I saw an add for gem mint 10 !!! but i am not sure if they got any in, or at least the lady said she didnt see any in the truck. ( whatever that means. ) oh well. I am happy. Yo Joe.

Hasbro partnered up with AFA and those are preAFAed for immediate sale.

Both blue and black commanders had same price.

i paid $108 for the afa 95.

afa 90 was on sale for like $80 bucks.

afa 10 was selling for $190, but the lady said she never saw it on the truck. wonder if some first guy got the only one or something... cause i definitely asked...

they had afa graded figures for all their other exclusives as well...

i also saw a guy put up his afa 95 blue commander on ebay. it's ending tomorrow. I'll be keeping my prize thank you very much, but i still wonder just how many were made, and if a gem 10 even exist ? Maybe they printed the checklist sheet at sdcc early, before they were able to get the gem 10 afa grades ? I dont know...

Congrats. There was one on eBay AFA 95 uncirculated for like $250 but I passed. I'm just going to get my blue and black ones graded. $108 is a deal though. Congratulations again.
