i had a horrible experience with smalljoes.com. i ordered well over two hundred dollars worth of joe merchindise from them and never recieved it. they did an investigation as well as da postoffice only 2 find out dat my mail person at da time left my package in front of my door which resulted in it being stolen. obviously dat wasnt proper delivery proceedure,so da mail person ended up losing their job,or so i was told. which isnt smalljoes fault but it took them over a month 4 them 2 give me a refund and then a few months later took da same amount from my bank account. when i contacted them, i was told dat i was still held responsible 4 da cost of da stolen package, which 2 my uderstanding was da post offices responsibility. so i had 2 open up a 2nd investigation in order 4 me 2 get my money back. when i finally got it, i closed out my bank account. now i dont know but it seemed a bit shady of smalljoe 2 do such a thing. oh i forgot 2 mention dat i origonaly had insurance on da items but during da investigation,it showed i had no insurance on da package. so i dont recomend smalljoe.com

I on the other hand have had positive experiences with SmallJoes and BBTS. I haven't dealt with Entertainment Earth, but have heard good things.
And concrete, it was the USPS's responsibility to reimburse you, not SmallJoes. SJ did their part, the USPS screwed up. If SJ forgot to put insurance on your package, then yes, they screwed up there, but they don't need to credit your account for something USPS did against policy. |

Your momma did a number on you. How does a problem with a shipment "entitle" you to free stuff? Its that attitude that makes me somewhat cynical and antisocial. People like you with the gimme attitude. You think the world owes you. |
