I am working on a custom of BeachHead and wanted to know if he ever was featured without the mask? Any help will be of great appreciation. Thanks.

I think there was a cartoon where he was unmasked. Or maybe it was the comics. I can't remember. I want to say he had curly brown hair.

Sorry, I might be thinking of Wet-Suit. I wish I could remember for sure. There is just too much material to sort through. I remember a lot of characters in the cartoon were shown without their helmets or masks though. Barbecue and Wet-Suit to name a few. Air-Tight appeared in both, the comic and the cartoon with a head that strangely enough, looked a lot like the original Zap's action figure's head.

I dont have the books infront of me right now but Im pretty sure he only wore his mask while interrogating people in the reloaded series, the rest of the time he was without.

In the cartoon, there were a few scenes where the animators flubbed and left the front of his mask off, so you could see his face, but not the rest of his head. Otherwise, you're going to have to make up your own ideas about what Beachhead looks like.
