i have a question for those of you who know about military. warrant officers, warrant=writ, same as judicial system. however unlikely, is it possible for a warrant officer to be issued a writ(say from the jugglers) giving him/her command over a Lieutenant, Captain, major or other higher ranking officers?

A Warrant Officer would not be given command over any Commissioned Officer(2LT-GEN). Warrant officers are technical experts in their specific field and not to command, while an Officer is trained to command troops. Now, in a combat zone, if all of the officers were killed and a Warrant was still alive, then they would take command but that's the only way I know of b/c most unit(or detachments) have atleast a 2LT in charge as a Platoon Leader.

I'm glad that this was asked and answered, I've been curious about this as well. When I was a kid and Flint first came out, I thought he was some glorified MP.
