I was gonna make a snyde comment about how my wallet is starving for GI joe Figures because I can't find any, but I see your talking about the comic. I'm lucky my comic store always has half price back issues. But I'm not really caring for the IDW comics and that's all I don't have, so screwed anyway!

It's hard for me to justify buying more stuff when I already have the things I want and I have sone bills that have to be taken care of. So I'm on a hiatus right now from Joes. We will see how that holds when the new stuff comes out late summer/fall.

The price of this hobby does affect me. I buy figures only after I buy what I need for the house. I go to school online and I work as a Pizza delivery driver. Now I need to buy new pants because I ripped them getting back into my car right after a delivery. Well, there goes another couple of dollars to Goodwill.

Yeah the cost is the buzzkill in this hobby.

The cost of the other stuff around our hobby doesn't help. With gas being over $4.00 here in IL I can burn half a tank of gas in one day just driving around searching. That's $30.00!!!

There are more expensive hobbies. This is probably one of my cheaper ones, so the cost doesn't bother me.

The cost for figures has actually been better for me. I usually pre-order waves online and roll the dice on extra troop builders whenever I have to make a trip to a store. Since I never see troopers in the store anymore, it saves quite a bit of cash.
The comics however, they are getting out of control. My Amazon pre-order page just keeps getting longer.
