I'd love to read the original Marvel comics, but I'm not sure how to obtain them. Any advice?

IDW trades at Barnes and Noble for around $20 a piece. I think if you buy online they are even cheaper.

I've had luck with the Marvel reprints as trades. Scored a bunch of them at local comic conventions for $5 each.

Do you mean the actual comics in physical form.....or some way for you to READ them without actually owning them....
As in....an extra legal way.....that involves the word "torrent"... ;) |

I'd prefer to have actual physical items.

Like others have said the IDW Marvel trades they are up to volume 11 now and volume 12 should be available for pre-order.
Check online for these or your local comic shop or bookstore. The also have the trades for Special Missions available. |

Yeah I've become a big fan of Trade Paperbacks lately...its way easier and cheaper than tracking down individual issues.
Depending on what your looking for of course...most comics lately Trades come eventually, even if their back producing them like the Joe Trades are coming. |
