If I have any time left in the week after all that, I usually double as Ron Jeremy's stunt c*ck

Just bought a new car so my collecting has almost come to a screeching halt. I have worked out some deals on here in the last few weeks though! One of many reasons I love this place.
Seems I got the car itch again. So the car has taken precedence over JOE for the moment. I will be divvying out inordinate cash for the SDCC exclusives though. (Can't wait for that)

I'm a single parent. So that's 140% of my time
I work about 10 hours a day, My son get's me up @ 7:30 and I have him to the bus for 8:10. I work from home, so it's work from 8:10 until he get's off the bus, which for half day kindergarten is 11:50. I take my lunch, make him and myself something to eat and then i have someone watch him/take him out the park/etc until about 4pm. 4 to 6 or so I'm usually still working. Once that's done it's activity time. Tues. Thurs. are Karate from 5:45 to 6:15. Wednesdays I have to supervise 2 hours of visitation for my son with his mother. We get home, I cook dinner (or get something) bath time every other night, and he goes to bed at 8:30. From about 9pm until I fall over is my time. So, I collect when I can. I would love to donate more money and time to joes and lego, but it is what it is

Hahaha nah man my wife is awesome she goes on hunts shoots me ideas on what to make as far as customs .. she loves COD Black ops, collects Star wars .. thing is I know my time with her is more important as with the kids ... But this is tough being a full time dad n husband above all else im going through a custody battle .. so i guess you can say i have my hands full .. but somehow found just a tiny bit of time to do little projects and go hunting here n there .... But my social life and "graffiti" career has come to an abrupt halt!
Just the other day i went to the shooting range with some of my buddies n had a few drinks (not at the same time) then reality hit me .. I spend waaaayy too much time worrying about toys when i should be doing something a bit more productive ..then again is it not productive if its an outlet? Dont get me wrong I love toys but hate that 80% of my day i spend on here or lurking the internet for the latest in joe news "HI MY NAME IS COLORS I HAVE A COLLECTING PROBLEM IM ADDICTED TO LITtLE PASTIC MEN!...........NO HOMO! Joes are my main hobby, but there are plenty of other things I'm into: Catching hockey games, working on my project truck, programming, gaming, anime and learning Japanese... most mainly happen in the evening after the wife and kid hit the sack. I spend the daylight hours with the wife and playing with the boy when I'm not chained to my desk at work.
It's healthy to have a nice potpourri of interests

Family and work are priority.
Getting back to Martial Arts has been my primary focus as far as "nerd time" goes. Time spent watching movies or television shows is done withe the wife and/or kids. Evenings are spent winding down with reading. I enjoy toy collecting, but at this point I have "ultimate" bversions of just about all my favorite characters so there isn't much to hunt at this stage. |

Yeah its a fun hobby but at the end of the day they are just toys for kids. I'm into reptiles a lot, movies, and spending time with my family. take care.
