5 miles one way. From Spring through part of fall, I try to bike into work 2-4 times a week. I live off this bike trail, that literally leaves me at my front door at work, without having to ride on any streets. It follows a river here in Denver, CO.

I've got 12 miles each way. Of course, it takes me 20-25 minutes depending on traffic.

most days i take the train as well. funny thing is, it takes the same amount of time when you factor in driving to and from the train station and costs about the same, a tad cheaper maybe since i'm not paying for parking at the train station. it's just frustrating that it averages 1.5 hours to go roughly 40 miles. traffic in the metro washington area is horrible.

WTF?! The most I ever drove to work was about 60 round trip - some of you guys are insane. I hope you make over 60K a year. I drive about 12 miles round trip right now. As much as I hate moving, I will when it comes to changing jobs. I can't handle spending that much time going to and from work- not to mention the cost of gas. Insane.

About 40 miles round trip for the last 5 years that the best. The worst was around 120 miles round trip. I do luck out now because my wife and I can ride together.
