Hello Guys,
I hope one of you more experienced customizers can help me out. The following is a link to the Battle Bunker SF-01 paper model (see link below), primarily used for RPG table top games like d20 Modern or Dungeons and Dragons at 30 MM scale to use with miniatures specifically designed for encounter gaming. I guess you can see where I am going with this. Does anyone know what this would need to be printed out at to be in scale with GI Joes? It does not have a 1:18 or 3 3/4 scale in the instructions. It has the scale if you want to print it out smaller, but not larger. I'm looking to turn this (see link) into a Cobra Bunker. The implications are impressive to build GI Joe dios using these printouts at Joe scale. I CANNOT be the first person to think of this so I know one of you awesome customizers out there can point me in the right direction. Perhaps even better resources (ie free) than what I have discovered in my own wonderings about the interwebs. Thanks, Doug Link to follow: Battle Bunker SF-01 Paper Model - Dave Graffam Models | DriveThruRPG.com |

You would first have to know what scale it is already in.

Thank you Tracker! I have saved that calculator to my favorites! That was EXACTALLY what I needed! I shall begin my project presently and post accordingly.
In case anyone wants to know, the conversion for 30 MM (That is a DnD Mini scale) to Joe Scale is 1.6666666666666665 MM. Since Joes are slightly larger than 1:18 then I might round up to 1.7 or maybe 1.8 MM print out scale (possibly as high as 2.0 MM, but this is the trial and error part). I'll let everyone know. If this actually works, then it's opening a whole new world for my playsets and dios. There's a space station with working doors, and entire city for my Transformers, a Mage's library for Crystal Ball and... I just had a Geekgasm. Sorry. Again, Thanks to everyone! |
