Jon: I can't rule it out. But that isn't what's most concerning. It's what he's currently doing.

Jon: Superman just looped Jupiter, picked up speed, and is heading back towards Earth. His trajectory has him headed directly towards the Arctic base, where Delta members are currently.

JJJ: Let's not get started on the signing of the new Meta Human laws that restricted the " heroes" from acting. At a time where dare we say," people that can blow out fires with their breath or stop collapsing buildings might finally come in handy? With the Presidential Election looming ever closer..What is the stand-in President even doing to get elected as the true President? What's he doing to protect voters trying to make it to the polls?

Mewett: We now wait for word from Waller that Superman has taken out the Arctic base and any incriminating evidence of our working in conjunction with COBRA.

Mayhem: I guess I will be the one to address the Elephant in the room. We have two of the most powerful beings on the planet in our back pocket. Why didn't we have Superman or that maniac Sentry just kill Cobra Commander from the start?

Mewett: One. Sentry went off-grid after the last time we used him (editor's*note* - When the satellite that was dropped on Atlantis ). Last we tracked him, he flew directly into the sun and hasn't been seen. We don't truly have Superman under our control. We can influence him, but that's about it. His will is too strong to control him to the point of killing.

Mayhem: Useless. So what's the plan now? We use him to destroy the base, then what?

Mewett: Waller will handle the lockdown of meta-humans. We will make it public knowledge that Superman violated the Meta-Human protocols when we show footage of him in Antarctica.

Mewett: We'll use that as the catalyst. At that time, Waller will enact the protocols. I'm giving her full rein over the disposal of the "Heroes".

Mewett: This has become complicated. More than when we first started. Damn Cobra Commander for going off script, by killing Osbornes son.

Mewett: So much death and destruction. In the end, it will be what's best for the nation. The Meta-Human, the Mutant population, has grown out of control. The Terrorist organizations have become just as flamboyant as so-called super villains. Nobody can simply blow up a car or topple a building. They have to now have a designer bio-weapon that can walk and talk. I need to reassure the public that what's happened will never happen again.
