It looks like the Cobra Mech suit that was released as part of the Pursuit of Cobra line. They had a gray and red one for Cobra and a green one for the Joes.

Hiyatoys makes a pretty cool ED-209 in this scale as part of their Robocop line. It makes sounds and talks.
