I understood what you were saying, but you wouldn't see General Flagg on a toy box because he didn't exist as a toy until 1992 and that was actually his son.
Hawk's second figure did appear on toy boxes. |

Some very poignant stuff here.
With regards to flagg not having a toy I think you can pretty much state that gi joe's chain of command was a complete cluster. Guys on here with excel have built incredibly detailed accurate sensible orgs.... if you wanted any semblance of order cobra was much more sensible. Honestly cobra made sense and while their ethos had flaws at least there was an ethos. Gi Joe was about half a step ahead of team america. |

I got a kick out of this. I'm in South Korea and the Tank (and comics that my girlfriend sends me) is where I get all my Joe info from. Neat little stuff like this is always a fun read
