Sgt. Topson is one of the GI Joe Collectors' Club figures from 2009. It was based on Topson, the early 80's Argentinian figure.

Instead of doing a flip-and-recolor of Breaker, which would have been the mundane and expected route, I used my Med Alert artwork for the base. That's 13% less mundane and 28% less expected.
