Every Joe #363: Lifeline II
This Lifeline was released in 2002 with a new head atop an old Lifeline body. It gets confusing from there. The 2002 figure used an existing Lifeline body (1994), so why not keep the old Lifeline head? Hasbro slid in the new file name "Greg Scott", instead of continuing with "Edwin Steen". The new head looked nothing like previous Lifeline heads and even featured a noticeably receded hairline. As a real-world matter, this is probably just Hasbro having lost rights to the Steen name or wanting to use the Scott one instead, paired with the fact that the head sculpt was not stellar. Hasbro probably considers it all the same character. But I'll gladly accept that Steen moved on from the Joe team but his codename got recycled to Scott. So, to me, this is Lifeline II. As far as the art... Lifeline II is not a character I felt I could do much with, so it's a flip and recolor of Blaster. The Blaster design makes for a decent stand-in, and now I want to make a custom of Blaster as Lifeline II.
