1986 was probably the last grounded year for the Joe character designs, broadly speaking. Cobra designs started to drift, but the Joes' uniforms stayed decent. Iceberg, like other utilitarian designs like Grunt, gets lost in the shuffle because his outfit was perfect for what it needed, but lacked any zazzle.
But I'm a big fan of simple, making Iceberg a great character. I could have tinkered with the design by adding a fancy scarf or something, but I left it alone. Last edited by Clockwise; 03-22-2023 at 11:49 AM.. |
