These are some enhancements I made to bring classified back to the highly detailed and overhauled look they had before. A lot of collectors myself included think the retro designs are too far in one direction. They abandoned what generated so much interest to begin with. I think most of us didn't really love the sci fi future stuff but they course corrected with their future waves and totally nailed it. Such as Zartan, Cobra trooper, Baroness, lady jaye, etc.. They removed the gold and rocket boots and made them great. The vintage stuff is waaay too far in the classic direction now they just look like 25th figures blown up. All that awesome detail and overhauling is gone.

I don't collect the 1:12 figures (aside from a few received as gifts), but I appreciate how they are more than scaled up versions of the old figures, especially when the relaunch started. The additional details and texture that you've added back in look great.

well thanks man, and you saved yourself a lot of disappointment haha it's a hard line to stick with. I've never put an item in my cart 3 times and failed to actually purchase it, but you'll have that with this line.

The way film makers (and cosplayers, even more so) translate a super hero costume to "real world" is by adding complexity to it. This is done by adding texture to space that had none on paper illustrations.
The first wave looked like Hasbro got the texture right, but drifted too far off the designs. The second wave looked about right. But the upcoming images Hasbro released looked like they just scaled up the original designs, without adding necessary texture or complexity. Hasbro is frustrating, if nothing else. |

For the money that Hasbro's charging, and the removability of items like vests and hats and even heads, it sure wouldn't hurt to include alternate pieces.
Gung Ho should've come with the traditional Marine Corps cover, even if had been an alternate hat. Why, why, why?! didn't Barbecue come with an alternate head or a two-part helmet to fit over a normal human head. There are some pretty obvious fails. Maybe a Snake-Eyes with alternate ski masked or ninja visor heads? (They haven't done that in the same package yet, right?) |

There's really no other figure I want as bad now as the Cobra Trooper. Haven't had much luck finding it n my area which got Beachhead who's nice, but I have no attachment to. really hope Target gets more full cases of just this figure so he's available for everyone. He reminds me a lot of the black series Stormtrooper. I was never able to find one at retail or even online.
