Here's 2016's Black Vulture from the GI Joe Collector's Club.

The GIJCC figure was already based on a foreign figure, and I pushed it more towards supervillain, although I don't have a good reason for it. Just worked out that way.

Thanks. It's a shame that the GIJCC is so overpriced, because they did a lot of good stuff in the last years they had the line.
