Is it me, or did this thread get hijacked?

Yeah, Robotkitchen is amazing! Her stop motions are some of the smoothest out there. I hope to get some of those editing programs one day. Quote:

Day 3 Tiger Force Vs. Python Patrol Original upload date: August 10, 2010 The first stop motion intentionally set at night! The only lighting source used was my room light, which might have been a poor decision. I think a black light would have been a little better, but it's fine. This is also the only video that doesn't use digital blood. I was testing out different ways to animate blood, and clay was the first thing that came to mind. It didn't turn out as well as I'd hoped, but it was an interesting experiment. Like the last video, this was just an interesting little idea I had while setting up the Joes on the shelves. Well, now for the video! |

whoops my apologies, I never intended to hijack the thread, I just read "stop motion central" and misread the purpose of this thread, when I read the hijack comment i turned four shades of red at my error.
thanks to Samuntrus for being a good sport about it. Samuntrus does good work too!

Day 4 Duke Load-Up Original upload date: August 15, 2010 This was the first of quite a few 'load-up' stop motions. In these videos, the character takes out all of their various weapons and accessories and displays them by shooting them or showing their function. This idea came about when my PoC Duke fell off the shelf. Crashing to the floor, all of his accessories scattered. After retrieving them all, I realized he (and most of the PoC line) had a crap ton of stuff! So, of course, I made a stop motion. An interesting fact is that the flash light bulb wasn't an edited effect. I actually held a small flashlight at such an angle as to wear the handle couldn't be seen. It came out fantastic, so I stuck with it. The cool thing about this film is that somehow, I got the lighting damnnear perfect! Never again was I able to capture this kind of light in any other film. Well, here it is, enjoy... |
