Dispute the charge directly with your credit card company. They'll force PayPal/ebay to refund your money. I think most credit cards have a 90 day dispute window. Always works for me.

Edit: sorry I just realized it's way past 90 days for you , but try anyway. You never know. I could be wrong about the 90 days.

What about Paypal buyers protection? Go to Paypal then on left side is Resolve a problem in our Resolution Center. Then you can Dispute a transaction.

What happened to your claim? Usually if a claim closes without action from the seller, you get your money back. Did you make a claim or just a dispute?

Thats a tough one.
If i understand your post, you filed a claim but trusted the seller to resolve it, and never "escalated" the claim with ebay, before the time expired.
It sucks man, but i think you got bamboozled on this one.

it's been 4 months no product, no follow up email, nothing. I payed $41.00 for 3 items and don't think its fair that we should have to chase a seller. I know that he states that it will take some time to fill the orders but 4 months is RIDICULOUS. Pay Pal advices anyone who is in need of a refund aswell to contact
