My history: I bought about 70 30th Anniversary MOC joes, paid 730 USD and have nothing. No money nor figures. I cannot get money back because the seller send me the invoice with friend/family opition, to avoid taxes. Unfortunetelly, this was is not secured by PayPal.

i understand being upset about being ripped off, i think that's happened to most ebay buyers at one point or another, but that's someone's home address, posted for every crazy person in the world to see. just don't think that's the right way to go about it, that's all.

I wouldn't have paid the invoice as a gift, that's the mistake here. eBay and PayPal won't help you because it broke eBays policy and Paypal didn't collect money on it and investigating costs them more than you'd think. Plus gift payment is really only meant for gifts.

It's their obligation as a seller to pay the fees and work it into their price, and if you allow them to get around it it's your fault for trusting them and taking the risk.

I hate hearing these terrible stories about the sellers you guys deal with, it's shocking too, because Ebay's new policies for surely sway to the buyer and they can always claim some BS item not as described case, to try to get some money back and basically steal from the seller. As a seller I pack securely, I ship promptly, I answer all emails within a day, I never charge handling, and I now give buyers 5 whole days to pay before contacting them about where my dang money is. There's way too much shade going on, on both sides of the fence. It's too bad that Ebay which once at first went on the partial "honor" system is now being infiltrated buy cheats and thieves. Luckily the majority 90% of the people I deal with are still honest as I am.

The transaction closed on June 12, 2014. I filed for non-receipt of item. Seller: Toyarcade bought time to delay until the claim closes and promised to send item. After months, I still do not have the item. Banked on his high rating, but it seems, ratings is not enough. Been calling Ebay, but policy limits action and cannot do self-service since resolution process has closed and item cannot be accessed for me to call Ebay for help. USPS Tracking No. 9410809699937652954852. Seller claimed updating tracking info but it was not made. This fraud still persists. Lost over $300 in this transaction. Be careful! Toyarcade is dangerous. His negative feedback is pilling up. Don't hesitate to give negative feedbacks. Get cash, do not trust ratings. Pls help if anyone can escalate my case. It is hopeless.
