It really sucks that at least one person has received their items from seller urban-tactics which were auctioned around the same time as mine. He can't say I harassed him, because other than my message asking why he refunded my money I've never contacted them. So the issue has to be with the price of the winning bid.

Looks like urban-tactics double sold some items, and that is why he/she had to refund my money. One guy gave him feedback that his item was received. When you view the eBay bid it indicates the item was relisted, and the relisted link goes to the auction I won. Sure hope this jerk doesn't set up another account in a different name.

Anybody knows Ebay seller sinodolls?
He had excellent feedback rating but lately he started to accumulate some bad feedback,
Bought a few cheap figures from him for my fodder box, hope I’ll get them.

Look at the positive versus negative. Chances are very good you won't face any problems. 4,000 or so to 14 negative in a month are pretty good odds.

I've dealt with him (them, think there's about 7 of 'em) personally nearly a dozen times and he's been great every time.

Yes, their Engrish can give you the shits, Yes, shipping is slow (from Shanghai I think?) and YES, sometimes their stuff is a decroded piece of crap. But, all up, he's cheap and gets you the goods.

But yeah, I've had toys arrived broken and some that were just shit quality that snapped within minutes of opening. He's either replaced them or offered me a discount on the next order and hasn't ever gone more than a few days without contact in regards to an issue. This is light years beyond what I've dealt with after issues with at least 4 other Chinese and Indonesian sellers.

Add ebay member figurespeaktoys to your deadbeat bidders list. He won the auction for a 2011 Joecon Wet-Suit figure for $197 and did not pay, reply to emails, or take any action after opening a nonpaying bidder dispute through ebay.
