It's not like you can suggest you're rocking up to San Diego (or whereever he is) and kneecapping him while he takes a shit. Though that kind of threat, if applicable, can be extremely persuasive.

We should start up a thread on here, spamming eBay idiots and just load up their inbox. There is also the option of buying and backing out, keep doing that to them, bet they would love it. Ebay really needs to change their policies for sellers and buyers, its getting stupid.

I would like to warn everyone about eBay seller:wowplayeradelisi .
He is a member of this site named captain chunk. I bought a part for the USS Flagg from him (crane engine cover) and when I received it it was made of soft resin and not he same hard plastic that the other Flagg parts are made of. It also has a fingerprint on it which would imply it was removed from the mold a little too soon. I gave him a chance to make it right ,which he denied, and he said he would need proof. Be careful buying from this seller he is not a bad guy in fact He probably wasn't capable of determining the part was a reproduction, but once it was brought to his attention he should have agreed to let the item be returned and not double down and make outrageous accusations.

He is a member of this site named sparks007. He bought a part for the USS Flagg from me (crane engine cover) and now is claiming the item is fake when it is original. He claims the item in the pictures is a fake part. He is trying to send me a fake part back in place of my original part and then get his money back too. He claims he buys fake parts and he is also a customizer who has the knowledge of making fake parts. He is trying to ruin my reputation as a seller so that he can have a better reputation than me to get more business.

The part in question I bought along with most of the items I have sold recently and are for sale from a Vendor at the NJCC on August 18th in NJ. Destro (fran) from hisstank runs that show. I doubt he allows people to sell fake items at his show.

If you look in the 1982-1994 arah hauls thread on page 194 post #1940 you will see the part in the middle of the second picture on that post along with the other parts I got and some I have sold recently on ebay and some that are on sale on ebay. That is the flagg cover I sold to him.

You will also see one of the arrestor pieces and a radar antenna. They are all the same color in that photo. From the factory those pieces plus some others all come on the same parts tree.

The parts I just got in from my recent auction match my flagg cover I got from Kokomo toys during joecon and so did the part I sold to him from NJCC. This is even more proof that it is a real part.

Captain Chunk, other than the actual issue of the part in question, do you have proof that sparks is attempting to send you a fake part and damage your reputation intentionally? If not, the commentary posted is a bit slanderous.

I have no concern of your reputation one way or the other chunk. I have been saying the same thing from the start ,I send your part back and you give my money back. I have never made any reproduction parts of any vehicles and will never do so. The only cast work I have ever done is of heads and I do not sell them because they are not easy to make and it wouldn't be worth it. Where you have come up with the idea that I am some master caster is beyond me , and where you get the idea that you and I are competition is totally out of line. I do not sell used parts on ebay I am not a flea market scavenger hoping to make a living digging through peoples junk at the dirt malls. I sell parts of my collection when I no longer need or want it and that is what I sell. If you look at my sale history you will see I only sell new and complete items from my own collection. I am not a full time ebay seller I have a real job and I get real money for doing it. I don't need to drum up business by eliminating the competition that is the stupidest thing I have ever heard someone say on this site and that is pretty bad since people have said some pretty stupid things.

I don't think it is slanderous and I didn't mean it to be if someone thinks it is. He left me negative feedback on ebay without opening a case saying the part I sent him was a reproduction/fake but he was okay with it and that he bought reproduction parts before. As for sending me a fake part back in place of mine, what other reason would he have besides doing that if the part is real. Why would you send back the real one when you wanted it in the first place. If you didn't want the part in the first place then why bid on it.

I bought it because I wanted it for a Flagg I bought off craigslist that didn't have one. I noticed it was a fake immediately and asked to return it immediately, you said no you would not just take some ones word for it because if you took peoples word for things you would be losing money left and right and you needed proof. Well I need proof that you didn't send me a different part than the one you had pictured ,prove it was the exact same part in the pictures you had on the auction listing . How can I take your word that the parts were the same part and you did not substitute a reproduction in place of the part I purchased. I cannot take your word for it ,because if I went around taking peoples word for things I would be giving things away left and right. The only proof you sent me it was not a fake was a picture you copied off of Brokenarrowtoys saying this is what a fake looks like and that yours wasn't the same color as Broken arrows. That's because alyosha wants people to know its a reproduction without having to worry about someone getting it confused with an original.

Sellers with integrity don't act like you did .You immediately went on the defensive. I've said that you may not have known it was a fake ,but the fact is that it is a fake and you need to own up to it and accept the return and give me my money back.
