I have also had bad dealings with that buyer , eBay will remove the feedback if you contact them.

I called yesterday, and they said it did not fall under their policy for removal. But they commended me for being a good seller. They want the feedback system to be based on opinion, no matter how one sided or illogical that opinion might be.

EBAY buyer boots2assesalldaylong purchases a Starduster from me. I sent it Signature Confirmation with insurance. He recently contacted me stating that he is not happy with the jump jet backpack, and wants $17.00 compensation.

"Now I have to get another jump backpack to complete this figure. If you can make this right by giving me a $17 dollar parcial refund I would feel a whole lot better about this purchase. I'm not trying to scam or get money back. I just want to buy quality pieces to add to my G.I. Joe Collection."

I tell him that I will send him a replacement backpack, free of charge. Later on today, he states that in the one day since he received the package, he already bought a new backpack. He still wants the $17, or another Starduster silver grenade launcher.

"I already bought a new jump backpack. If you have another grenade launcher for starduster that is all original with no paint I would concider it even. But if you don't have that piece I would like the $17 dollars."

He has left 13 Negative or Neutral feedbacks in row for other sellers.

You charged $13 to send a single comic. You then mailed it the cheapest way you could without even giving me a tracking number and packed with Wal-Mart sacks for "protection" for $4. You continue to do these things to me, which I find deeply disrespectful for a seller to do to his customer.

Anyone who wants to check the story can can PM me and I'll share photo captions of the explicit and angry emails I was sent after asking for a partial refund of the shipping. I will be happy to share the emails with anyone who would like the truth regarding this situation.

I ordered a measly $2 Water Moccasin cannon. After two weeks I sent a message asking where it was, nothing. After three weeks I filed a non sending seller thing with eBay and my money got refunded via e-check... meaning another few days for that to clear. So almost a month over a stupid $2 dollar cannon.

Their feedback SHOULD have been an indication of problems because there are other bad feedbacks left. I was being kind and left a neutral since I received a refund...

But skip these guys, they're pretty hot/cold on their shipping.

He bought a 1985 snow serpent 100% complete from me on ebay and is telling me that the figure is not as I described because of a broken o-ring which I tried to explain in over ten messages back and fourth is replacable. I offered multiple solutions to resolve the problem for him free of charge, also offered a full refund. But he seems to think he should be able to keep the figure and get a refund or atleast thats what im assuming as he keeps trash talking along with threatning my reputation. He still thinks I am in the wrong. I tried to explain that a broken o-ring is a very common occurence in the world of collecting and is very easy and effortless to replace and does not effect the value of the figure. This guy obviously has know knowledge of gi joe figures and is very unfamiliar in knowing this common basic knowledge. Anyway I will post all messages back and fourth between us so you can see what ive been dealing with. what a nightmare...

Dear erin6128,the figure is complete, it just needs a new oring which is very common among arah figs. you just unscrew the figure and put a new oring in. if u like I can mail you one if you dont have any but they are very unexpensive. u can buy them on ebay or at ace hardware. they are like 10 cents or something like that. the figure is perfectly fine there is nothing wrong with it. orings break all the time.- vapor810

Dear erin6128,are you unfamiliar with gi joe figures? because every collector knows orings break all the time. this is a very common thing. these toys are 30 yrs old and a oring should be the least of your concern when it comes to buying or selling gijoe. the figure I sold u is dead mint. it is in immaculate condition. orings break all the time. it happens to mine just from being on display over time. at some point you have to replace them. any collector would laugh if they read the letters you have sent me. you can buy orings on ebay and I said I would send u one free of charge if need be so I dont understand what I need to.make right for you. it takes 2-3 minutes to replace one. every collector or friend ive ever none replaces orings on a regular basis through out the year. its part of gi joe, its like the most basic common thing every collector knows so im kind of shocked at what a big deal your making this.- vapor810

If an oring isn't a big deal then why dint you, like 100 % of the eBay sellers I have dealt with and purchased many gijoe s from, show pics of a figure together and represent that the figure is 100% complete when in all reality is is in 2 pieces and missing an oring. I have bought gijoes without o rings and the seller has always either 1) put it in the description 2) make sure the pics show that the body is not intact. I have never had any issues whatsoever in buying figures on eBay. So all the collectors I know that have heard about this and seen your pics and description think that It is very ironic that any of your COLLECTOR Friends would think that your representation of what you sold me was completely Accurate. Dear erin6128,orings do not effect the value of the figure seeing as you can replace them for very cheap. around 5-10 cents is what a oring costs. stress cracks, paint wear or loose joints are what effect a figures value. it is almost effortless to replace a oring, it is very simple and a very common occurance with these toys. everyone who collects or sells gi joe replaces orings. I should have just replaced the oring myself but I assume only people who are famiiar with gi joe are buying them and everyone who collects them knows a oring is no biggie. it happens a lot and like I said is very easy to fix. its a part of collecting. its the most common sense thing every collector knows so I dont get why you think I would send you a whole new figure like I just have 1985 snow serpents laying around my house. it is very obvious you have know knowledge of these toys or you would have not sent me 5 messages freaking out.- vapor810

Dear erin6128,you can send me the figure back and I can replace the oring for you if this is really that difficult for you. a oring being broke does not mean the figure isnt 100% complete. orings break all the time so I assume a collector is bidding on my item and since everyone knows they break and how easy they are to fix, it is not a concern to me if a oring is broken. like ive said 3 times now this is the most common basic knowledge of collecting and does not hurt or effect the figure in any way. as soon as you put a new oring in the figure it will be like new again. this is not hard and I feel like your being rediculous because if your collecting then your orings are going to break down the road. your not going to contact the seller and have them replace them your going to have to do it. like are you being serious?- vapor810
