I would add serenalightfoot2012 to your block list.
I sold a Joecon Crimson Asp to the user. My auction terms ask for payment within 48 hours of auction end. The buyer sent me a message stating they intended to pay on the 4th after the auction ended. 4 days passed and the user still hadn't paid. After sending 2 more messages, a second invoice, and no payment. I was going to open a claim, when they finally paid. I shipped the item that same day. Yesterday the user left me a negative feedback for "Bad communication, left email no response and seller had a bad attitude". I'll admit I sent a stern email asking for payment, but it wasn't vulgar or rude. Just outlined my payment policies, plain and simple. I love eBay. |

I called yesterday, and they said it did not fall under their policy for removal. But they commended me for being a good seller. They want the feedback system to be based on opinion, no matter how one sided or illogical that opinion might be.

EBAY buyer boots2assesalldaylong purchases a Starduster from me. I sent it Signature Confirmation with insurance. He recently contacted me stating that he is not happy with the jump jet backpack, and wants $17.00 compensation.
"Now I have to get another jump backpack to complete this figure. If you can make this right by giving me a $17 dollar parcial refund I would feel a whole lot better about this purchase. I'm not trying to scam or get money back. I just want to buy quality pieces to add to my G.I. Joe Collection." I tell him that I will send him a replacement backpack, free of charge. Later on today, he states that in the one day since he received the package, he already bought a new backpack. He still wants the $17, or another Starduster silver grenade launcher. "I already bought a new jump backpack. If you have another grenade launcher for starduster that is all original with no paint I would concider it even. But if you don't have that piece I would like the $17 dollars." He has left 13 Negative or Neutral feedbacks in row for other sellers. eBay Feedback Profile for boots2assesalldaylong DO NOT SELL TO BOOTS2ASSESALLDAYLONG

Is he withholding positive feedback until you refund the $17? How did he come up with the $17 number? Your auction clearly shows the condition of the pack. Weird.

I contacted ebay customer service about the explicit and harassing emails, and you STILL continued to send them days after I stopped responding. Customer Service advised me to leave negative feedback for you and to ignore your emails. You then threatened to come to every trading board and trash my name, and I said I would follow you to every trading board and share my side of the story. Now you've come to these boards and sent me PM's to "stop" bothering you, while still sending me nasty and threatening emails off board so that the mods can't see. I've had to contact eBay customer service a second time just yesterday, and will do it a third time if you continue to harass me there. I did not follow you to the TFW board or here to "start crap", I came to share my side of the story which the moderator I talked with on the board there said was completely acceptable. I have not sent you harassing emails, I have not called you names, I have not even swore at you. You continue to do these things to me, which I find deeply disrespectful for a seller to do to his customer. Anyone who wants to check the story can can PM me and I'll share photo captions of the explicit and angry emails I was sent after asking for a partial refund of the shipping. I will be happy to share the emails with anyone who would like the truth regarding this situation. I would advise people to add Autobotcitycomics2010 and gijoecomics08 to their bad ebay sellers list. Avoid electric_mayhem_trading on eBay. (katie hadwen)
I ordered a measly $2 Water Moccasin cannon. After two weeks I sent a message asking where it was, nothing. After three weeks I filed a non sending seller thing with eBay and my money got refunded via e-check... meaning another few days for that to clear. So almost a month over a stupid $2 dollar cannon. Their feedback SHOULD have been an indication of problems because there are other bad feedbacks left. I was being kind and left a neutral since I received a refund... But skip these guys, they're pretty hot/cold on their shipping.

DO NOT SELL TO erin6128
He bought a 1985 snow serpent 100% complete from me on ebay and is telling me that the figure is not as I described because of a broken o-ring which I tried to explain in over ten messages back and fourth is replacable. I offered multiple solutions to resolve the problem for him free of charge, also offered a full refund. But he seems to think he should be able to keep the figure and get a refund or atleast thats what im assuming as he keeps trash talking along with threatning my reputation. He still thinks I am in the wrong. I tried to explain that a broken o-ring is a very common occurence in the world of collecting and is very easy and effortless to replace and does not effect the value of the figure. This guy obviously has know knowledge of gi joe figures and is very unfamiliar in knowing this common basic knowledge. Anyway I will post all messages back and fourth between us so you can see what ive been dealing with. what a nightmare... Here is the link to the auction... http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...#ht_384wt_1170 Dear vapor810,I recieved the snow serpent that you advertised as 100 percent complete when I recieved it the figure was broken in half. That is false advertisement. It said that there was nothing wrong with the figure and it was complete. Can you please explain- erin6128 Dear vapor810,This is totally unacceptable with the figure with no oring I would expect a new figure in the mail as soon as possible free of charge- erin6128 Dear vapor810,You never disclosed that the figure needed an oring your exact description said it was 100 percent complete. The pic of the figure shows it together. If it was missing the o ring it should have been shown in 2 separate parts. You can send me another figure free of charge that is 100 percent complete or we can examine another route with eBay. I am in the business of buying complete figures that I do not have to put together. The description said nothing at all about missing an oring. Please make this right- erin6128 Dear erin6128,the figure is complete, it just needs a new oring which is very common among arah figs. you just unscrew the figure and put a new oring in. if u like I can mail you one if you dont have any but they are very unexpensive. u can buy them on ebay or at ace hardware. they are like 10 cents or something like that. the figure is perfectly fine there is nothing wrong with it. orings break all the time.- vapor810 Dear vapor810,Your description said 100 percent complete and nothing about needing an oring. The pics show the figure completely together. Seems like a scam to me- erin6128 Dear erin6128,are you unfamiliar with gi joe figures? because every collector knows orings break all the time. this is a very common thing. these toys are 30 yrs old and a oring should be the least of your concern when it comes to buying or selling gijoe. the figure I sold u is dead mint. it is in immaculate condition. orings break all the time. it happens to mine just from being on display over time. at some point you have to replace them. any collector would laugh if they read the letters you have sent me. you can buy orings on ebay and I said I would send u one free of charge if need be so I dont understand what I need to.make right for you. it takes 2-3 minutes to replace one. every collector or friend ive ever none replaces orings on a regular basis through out the year. its part of gi joe, its like the most basic common thing every collector knows so im kind of shocked at what a big deal your making this.- vapor810 Dear vapor810,Ok it's the fact that in your pics you made the figure look like it was completely together. If an oring isn't a big deal then why dint you, like 100 % of the eBay sellers I have dealt with and purchased many gijoe s from, show pics of a figure together and represent that the figure is 100% complete when in all reality is is in 2 pieces and missing an oring. I have bought gijoes without o rings and the seller has always either 1) put it in the description 2) make sure the pics show that the body is not intact. I have never had any issues whatsoever in buying figures on eBay. So all the collectors I know that have heard about this and seen your pics and description think that It is very ironic that any of your COLLECTOR Friends would think that your representation of what you sold me was completely Accurate. Like I said before, you have no evidence to stand on when it comes to the figure missing the oring. So please make this right. I look forward to your response. Have a Great Night!- erin6128 Dear erin6128,orings do not effect the value of the figure seeing as you can replace them for very cheap. around 5-10 cents is what a oring costs. stress cracks, paint wear or loose joints are what effect a figures value. it is almost effortless to replace a oring, it is very simple and a very common occurance with these toys. everyone who collects or sells gi joe replaces orings. I should have just replaced the oring myself but I assume only people who are famiiar with gi joe are buying them and everyone who collects them knows a oring is no biggie. it happens a lot and like I said is very easy to fix. its a part of collecting. its the most common sense thing every collector knows so I dont get why you think I would send you a whole new figure like I just have 1985 snow serpents laying around my house. it is very obvious you have know knowledge of these toys or you would have not sent me 5 messages freaking out.- vapor810 Dear vapor810,Ok this is going to have to go to ebay to let them sort it out. I have never bought a figure that says 100 % complete and missing an oring that is not pictured or described. Since I am a Collector I do have 4 snow serpents laying around. The point is, I am trying to help you understand that buying toys this old has a lot to do with trust and i have not 1 time been let down. Other than this time. So I will report to eBay and see what happens. Unless you have another one of your genius suggestions.- erin6128 Dear vapor810,You can in no way tell me that if you would have took a pic of the figure without the oring in two pieces and also put in the description that the figure was in two pieces and missing an oring that it would be have sold for that price. If I put all figures I have that are missing an oring and made it look like they were all together and versus taking pics of them in 2 pieces all missing oring s they would bring the same value. C'mon sir that is just common COLLECTOR and SELER knowledge- erin6128 Dear erin6128,you can send me the figure back and I can replace the oring for you if this is really that difficult for you. a oring being broke does not mean the figure isnt 100% complete. orings break all the time so I assume a collector is bidding on my item and since everyone knows they break and how easy they are to fix, it is not a concern to me if a oring is broken. like ive said 3 times now this is the most common basic knowledge of collecting and does not hurt or effect the figure in any way. as soon as you put a new oring in the figure it will be like new again. this is not hard and I feel like your being rediculous because if your collecting then your orings are going to break down the road. your not going to contact the seller and have them replace them your going to have to do it. like are you being serious?- vapor810 Dear vapor810,I am reporting to eBay thanks for your Time. I will not pay shipping to send it back to you. That is not in the selling contract in any way. I am sure you will be hearing from eBay soon.- erin6128 Dear vapor810,I have plenty of oring s and if I sold one without the oring I would take a pic of that and put it in the description. I have put more orings in gijoes than you own considering you don't have another serpent around. So it is the point of the matter that you did not do your job as being a trusted seller on eBay- erin6128 Dear vapor810,And the oring did not fall off during shipping bc It is not in the package and like everything I buy on ebay I have a video tape of myself opening the sealed package and taking each piece out.- erin6128 Dear erin6128,you really are being obsurd. if you want you can mail the figure back and I will refund your money I dont have time to waste over something so simple. if you are collecting your going to have to learn how to replace orings because they will break. a broken oring does not mean anything its almost pointless to.mention because if you collect then you should have extra orings as well.- vapor810 Dear erin6128,ive been collecting for 10 plus years and never once had someone contact me over a broken oring so this is a first for me. I can refund you in full even for the extra shipping for the figure to get back to.me so that is the best solution I have. or you can replace the oring like any normal collector would do and realize that your being rediculous because this is a very easy common occurence.- vapor810 Dear vapor810,I have figures that were played with in 82 to 88 that were my personal and have never had to replace an oring other than the lots I have bought. each figure in the lot that was missing an oring was pictured 100% of the time I will make sure it is known you cannot be trusted and if you pictured 5 figures in two pieces w no orings there is no way you could get as much as if they were in one piece and didn't need orings- erin6128 Dear vapor810,Ok you will hear from ebay soon- erin6128 Dear erin6128,yes it would have sold for just as much because a oring cost nothing almost and the figure is almost perfect. replacing them is so simple. every collector replaces them throughout the years just from the figure being on display. plus you got a full card back. I could list that figure buy it now in two pieces with no o-ring and sell it for twice what you paid. seriously I dont get why ur making such a big deal. your going to have to replace the orings in every figure you own at somen point in time.- vapor810 Dear erin6128,dude im not getting into who owns more but i assure you from your lack of knowledge you dont own anything close to my collection. ive been a member on hisstank.com and other gi joe forums as well for a long time now. I have another ebay account I use just for buying thats 100% feedback and I have over 400 feedback on that one. you really sound dumb. replacing a oring is easy so if you say uve done it then why are you.making such a big deal about it. replace it and enjoy the figure. im not giving you or anyone any free hand outs. this is a waste of time to argue about.- vapor810 Dear erin6128,cool I will post on hisstank, 0g13, yojoe, and declassified not to sell to you on ebay and post every letter youve sent me and ive sent you so over 50, 000 collectors can see how dumb you are. know one would disagree with me on this matter. there is nothing wrong with that figure. plus I told you I would give you a refund if you want to send it back or fix it for you. what else could ebay do for you, if you report to ebay they will make you send the figure back to me before I give you a refund anyway, i am trying to work this out for you and you are not picking a solution. you are mad about a oring, what is wrong with you? i have offered to help you every way possible, like you really sound stupid as shit.- vapor810 Dear vapor810,I have not once called you a name or cussed at you or called you stupid as you said to me an many of the posts. I am also a member of each online site that you mentioned and have a very good reputation on each. I use my wife's account on eBay and my account on the other online sites. So I can also post what you took pics of and what you described and see how many of those members would agree that the figure is not 100% complete missing the oring that holds the figure together which you did not describe or take pics of. So you will never find out who I am on those sights, so I can make a big deal too. But I would not go there bc I have a lil class- erin6128 Dear erin6128,im really not trying to be rude to you but your making such a big deal out of nothing. I have givin you multiple solutions to fix this problem for you, I can fix it plus pay for the shipping cost or I can refund you your money back if you want to send the figure back plus the extra cost of shipping to send it back. I didnt lie in my description. the figure is 100% complete and is in great condition. if you know how to replace a oring then why make a big deal about nothing. the figure is awesome and just needs a oring so replace it or send it back. I havnt scammed you, all ive done is be nice and try and resolve the problem for you and all you keep doing is argue with me- vapor810 Dear erin6128,I did do my job as being a trusted seller on ebay because there is nothing wrong with the figure. once a new oring goes in it, it will be fine. a oring does not effect the figure because they are replacable. do you not comprehend that? im not going to be bad mouthed by a newbie because you are unfamiliar with gi joe. anyone who were to buy this figure would be happy with its condition. ive also offered multiple solutions for you free of charge so how am I not being a good seller? your trash talking me when you have no idea of my knowledge. ive been collecting a very long time and have never heard anyone wine about a oring. get on any gi joe forum and they would laugh at you. as long as that figure has all of its weapons and accessories and since the oring is replacable its 100% complete and does not effect anything about the figure- vapor810 Dear vapor810,Proven fact. A gijoe sold in 2 pieces without an oring has half the value of one with an oring- erin6128 Dear erin6128,proven fact is you are wrong and that is not true at all. a oring is replacable and cost next to nothing to replace. how would a 5 cent oring that you can replace effect the figures value? if your a member of the gi joe forums I mentioned you would know this. this is common knowledge. the figure isnt broken it has no stress cracks, no loose joints, no paint wear and has all its weapons and accessories plus a full card back with uncut filecard. if you replace the oring, the figure is like new again. know one cares about a broken oring for the simple fact at how cheap and easy they are to replace- vapor810
