I gave this guy every chance to make good. He bought 19 loose figs and agreed to buy several more he missed out on. I sent him an invoice and then all communication stopped. I sent two more messages and nothing. I had to open cases on all of them and just closed them.


UPDATE: It took a while and a lot of patience but my buyer just paid up. Cleaning up his name now.

today is a bad day for me, after a couple of days the seller gave me good feed back then turn it around and gave me bad feed back. he has 100% feed back don't know if he's from here he's outlawjeffrey

I contact him and he said the Storm shadow I sold him is from 2004, I explain the figure is from 1984 its a vintage figure and has its pack back, I lost the weapons long time ago.
He should have contacted me first, but he just went straight to giving a bad feed back no mercy. Today this made my day, all this week I was happy making alot of sales then boom you get stabbed in the back. Now ebay is looking at the report I provided 2 websites with some virtual evidence of the figure. Hopefully this can get removed. If I'm wrong then what year is that storm shadow I sold? some one may school me on that, any suggestions

In November I'm placing lots of G.I.joe fodder parts A.r.a.h. stuff. Got to make room.

indiecollectibles is garbage. I sold my Flagg on ebay and when I went to pack it up I noticed a couple items broke on it. So I refunded the money and let indiecollectables know that it was damaged and that is why it was not for sale. He then offered to buy it for far less outside of ebay. I turned his offer down and then he decided to leave me neutral feedback and lecture me on communication. Would stay away from this scumbag.

This guy is insane. Between harassing emails and messages, threats and incoherent babble, he has extremely unrealistic expectations of loose figure conditions and customer service.

He does not respect a person's time, uses profanity and send vulgar messages as well.

I have copies of 17 messages in my EBAY inbox.

yeah, this 37medd is a real piece of work. i'd highly recommend blocking him. he only changed his ebay i.d. after he googled himself and found that i had already placed all his psychopathic emails in a thread on yojoe.com.
i am sorry that you found out the hard way greppy. he's just one of those loud mouth guys that for some unknown reason hasn't had the teeth punched out of his face yet, so he talks a lot of crap. but since he plays with joes and "gets off on packing" (that's a quote from his old ebay bio page)- he just seems too creapy to mess with.

I was the only bidder on this item: G.I. Joe The Rise of COBRA R.H.I.N.O. Rapid Heli-Integrated Neutralizing Offense | eBay and was stoked to try and win it with the "Free Shipping" offer.

Then, my bid got cancelled and the seller gave the reason "This item is no longer available".

Then, they listed the exact same item here: G.I. Joe The Rise of COBRA R.H.I.N.O. Rapid Heli-Integrated Neutralizing Offense | eBay with a $51.99 Buy It Now!

Looks like they were worried about not getting as much as they could for it, so they cancelled and relisted. While I'm not sure if that's against eBay policies or not, it's a shit thing to do, and I wrote them and told them as such.

ok guys having a little issue with a ebay auction i just won. i recieved the item and there was damage that was not listed. I dont think the seller did on this intentionly but the crotch was broken i found the piece in the box. i contacted the seller and he told me to send back the item and he would refund but i would have to pay the shipping and for dc. i dont think i should have to do that. I have no problem sending back item but not out of my own pocket. what do you guys think i should do i have never had to go through this before thanks.
