This is why whenever I sell something on eBay I put my starting bid at the least I want. Then I'm never shocked or dissapointed.

And, sometimes if the deal is too good to be true, it usually is. I've gotten lame excuses for auctions won at a low price numerous times with no item sent. So this just doesn't come as a surprise.

I purchased the two Jinxes from SDCC about two months ago. No contact from seller, looked at his feedback and he's got 100 complaints since I our chased the item. Hopefully, my complaint will be handled quickly.

I'm in $600 in BAT's /Destro's and $300 in Jinxes to the same seller.

It looks like they purposely put the pre-orders 30 days out to avoid buyer protection, but little did they know it now goes to 45 days.

If you are waiting for SDCC stuff from marvelstore, save yourself and open a case now!!!

List I posted his ebay seller name in a previous post. He does have it back up for sale.

Update on my issue. The buyer has finally shipped the item by UPS. But when I checked the tracking the item weight is 10lbs. When I shipped it was 2 lbs and that was after lot of bubblewrap. Should I be expecting some bricks/stones/etc? I am almost 99% sure I am not going to find the Uncanny X-force set in the box.

What you may want to consider doing is having UPS hold the package at their facility and going to pick it.Then have someone from UPS (fraud department etc) witness you opening and possibily filing a report if the item returned is not legit.

Or

You may want to film yourself opening the package at UPS when it is received.
