Block this guy immediately:
porcupunker First he retracted bids on the ending day of an auction on a bunch of Steel Brigade figures. Then as icing on the cake this deadbeat retracted his bid on my Renegades Storm Shadow. It was at $26, now it's down to $12.50 and the auction ends tonight. I know that people may still bid, but this guy shot his load and had this figure at such a high price that hardly anyone is watching it. Anyway, this guy, porcupunker is a deadbeat, he cancelled bids on 6 Joes on me. |

I guess people can just retract bids at will??? I thought to retract a bid you had to have a solid reason.

I had put a brand new SDCC Exclusive X-force set on ebay(buy it now). A guy bought it and paid for it on Aug 9th. I shipped item by ups ground on Aug 10th. On Aug 15th at 5:20pm , I got confirmation that item was delivered. At 5:45pm, I get a mail from ebay saying a dispute has been opened. The details of the dispute is the toy is broken. The dispute also says, buyer contacted me by personal email to which I did not respond and that seller is being non-cooperative. He has asked for full refund + shipping charges. And of course Ebay has already placed a hold on the amount in my paypal account, claiming buyer protection.
Now I know how valuable the item was and had been extra careful packing up the item and only way it could have been broken was if the box was put through shredder. the buyer never emailed me or contacted me in any way, so I know he is lying and his intentions are quite clear. Also the buyer had 100% feedback but when I went to the feedback comments 75% were from sellers saying non-paying buyer, difficult to deal with and non-reponsive. But since sellers cant leave negative feedback, all were positive but the comments themselves were negative(appreciate the sellers who do this by the way). I sent him an email right away asking him to send me pictures of the item and box so I can file a claim with ups, but he has not responded. I escalated the issue to Ebay which did not take long and decided in the buyer's favor. They have sent him a prepaid label to return the item to me, and once the tracking shows it is delivered back to me, the money will be refunded to him. I am almost expecting to get back a box with some junk or something else. No way I am expecting to see that collector item that I sent him. eBay My World - gijoedealer2000 I won an auction for a Firefly, paid and then waited. He gave me good feedback for paying so quickly, then I got a refund notice from paypal with the note "sorry overlisted". So I emailed the address associated with the account. Days go by. Nothing. So I messaged on eBay saying essentially WTF? But in a nice way, asking what happened and can I actually get that figure eventually someday or am I just shit outta luck? Howzabout a "Sorry about the mixup, I'd give you another if I could but I made a mistake." So I wrote him back and said that. Ample "Negatives" and "Neutrals" in there and his responses to the negative feedbacks almost always include an insult such as "your an ass man" or "you retard". That settled it for me. I left my first negative feedback ever, citing the poor communication and little explanation for his mistake. Then he messages me again and says "you wrong i oversold and refunded". Maybe I should've left a neutral, I was probably a bit harsh on that one, but I feel way less guilt towards anybody that swears at customers in the feedback responses. I mean really, who calls somebody a "retard" on ebay? Classless, tasteless. But I'm a chump and also bought heaps of stuff from him directly from his website. If I get everything I ordered I'm going to consider myself lucky and never deal with him again. Looking at his feedback responses just tells you what a sloppy, unprofessional poopoo-face he is. So to summarize: gijoeonestop.com (gijoedealer2000 on eBay) is a crap shoot. You might get lucky, but you'll probably get called a retard.

Ok guys, I just bought a yellow stalker from a ebay seller overseas. It had no reserve as he promoted it in the auction and it went for cheap. Now he opened a case to cancel transaction and I declined. He then emails me to tell me his friend who owns it will not sell it for this price. So I assume I will have to take this up with ebay. But to the ebay member who was selling this item, if you are on this board you sir are a douche bag.
