I think we as users of ebay should have each others back. I know this is hard due to some sellers having the items we sought after. I want to put ebay seller Virtualrealistical on blast.

He is a greedy seller who bid strictly on street fighter joes and hike them higher than they need to be. He also refunded my winning bid due to it not going as high as he would like. He has done this before check out his price. Greed will imprison those who entertain it

have ever considered that the user or users is someone on this site, could be ..did you have any fallen-outs w/ anyone on here.. must consider every source sorry for you lost time ppl are childish.. dont let them stop you from selling ..btw do you use the 2nd chance offer.. giving the option for the second bidder to win ?

Always a possibility but very confusing cause to know me is to love me.

I will usually use the second chance offer and did in two of these three auctions.

However, I won't let dbags prevent me from selling on eBay. It's the key component to my collecting business model.

I won a bid on his "custom" Captain America figure for a buck and some change. I just wanted its boots.

I emailed him telling him, I'm waiting funds to transfer to my account and than I'll pay.
No reply.

funds transfer complete, and I try to pay.
I get an error message telling me that the*toy*market's paypal account cannot accept payment at this time.

I try to contact him again to fix the problem, once again no reply.

Ebay's computers than generate a non payment warning to me.

I call ebay to tell them whats up, and they said try to contact the seller again. But that if he does not reply, I wont be held at fault. ok cool. But I still want those Cap boots.

I fire off 2 more emails to him to let him know he needs to fix whatever bugging his account so I can pay.

no replies.

Now I'm no longer eligible to even get the item.

the*toy*market only has 11 feedbacks.
so he might be a new seller. but thats no excuse for going 8 full days without replying to a single email from a guy trying to get money to him.
