This isn't the best fit, as it's a warning of something to be mindful of when dealing with this seller rather than to avoid them, but I do need to raise an issue with tomaxandxamot. I bought a MOSC Transformers Euro G1 Aquaspeeder Aquafend from him and he sent it in a padded envelope, resulting in the card top and bottom being damaged. In his defense, he had built a cardboard brace to protect the bubble and most of the card.

When I raised the issue with him, he was fantastic about it and even offered me a 50% refund sight unseen on the item price. When I raised sending future items in a box he was more than obliging.

However the reason I need to raise him here is that he said he always ships in padded envelopes to save buyers money.

For that reason and this thread is a bit of an ill-fit on the overkill side of things (but the best fit for it at the same time), I do need to warn people that if they do deal with him (and I'll happily deal with him again), always specify you want the items sent in a box if you're worried about them being sent out in a padded envelope when talking about things small enough to fit in one. Otherwise he will send them out automatically by padded envelope thinking he's doing you a favour by saving you shipping costs.

After I won the case against the seller and shipped back the CAT tank, they still are continuing to say shit. Now the seller is accusing me of taking the tank motor. I assume this is because they lost the case and are attempting to retaliate. I believe in karma so what goes around comes around. I have no need for a stupid motor from that CAT tank as all of mine all have good working motors. Needless to say, I left negative feedback.

In his current listing, you are a "cry baby" according to him.

Oh and in one of your posts you said something about forwarding emails to Ebay. You do not need to forward emails to Ebay as so long as you are sending messages through their system. They can read all and any communications that you make from one person to another. They try and play dumb constantly on this little known fact so that they do not have to do their job.

I won the auction for night striker parts, $39 shipped a few days later.

Seller refunded my purchase saying "I think I sold this stuff a year ago." and "If I don't have the items, I can't sell'em."

Less than 20 days later, he is selling parts that look the same to me: eBay - New & used electronics, cars, apparel, collectibles, sporting goods & more at low prices

And he is advertising them on the tank again too:

Ebay is shit man. The seller was an ass, sold me broken parts and I leave him negative feedback in response to that and they remove it, awesome! And I did see his auction that called me a cry baby, he can get away with that but yet they remove my feedback. I will be giving them a call.
