Bad eBay Buyers/Sellers List

Finally recieved the item...but it's not the yellow stalker pictured in the auction. They swapped it out for the regular Stalker. No wonder it's taken so long as they probably had trouble finding one.

The auction specifically states i would recieve item in picture so i escalated the claim up to Paypal as a dispute.

wait, what kind of claim (or what reason) did you submit?

Was there Delivery Confirmation on the package?

illfamily I Bought the item from him. Waited a month an a half then after about 10 emails he sends me back my money with a note that I should not expect a feedback from him because he sold the item that I bought from him to someone else in his store and that the people that come to his store come first then the people he deals with on Ebay. What a Jerk!

Justice has been served!

Paypal ruled in my favor and refunded my money today. The idiot didn't even respond to the claim.

In the end, I got a free Stalker out of the deal but it still sucks I didn't get the Yellow version.

I know I've bought from him before. If it's the guy from Texas with a million loose joes for sale, he takes forever. And it comes in a regular inter-office manila folder first class mail. But hey I got a few things from him before. At least they showed up. Thanks for the tip. I got burned not too long ago, and I hate to report anybody. If they at least commmunicate with you, it can work out. But SHINANNIGANS!

has multiple shill bidding accounts that he uses to bid up his stuff. also found out someone won a scrap iron from him and he sent them a box of magazines and i have the email to prove it.
