It's unfortunate that you chose to ruin this person's DSR simply because they weren't willing to take such a big risk espcially after they gave you very specific reasons why they wouldn't ship to Australia again in the future.

As far as not shipping to Australia and not having it listed, have you heard of people making a mistake? By law, you cannot expect someone to honor what could reasonably considered a mistake especially when it would result in such a huge potential windfall for the other party.

That said, I have added you to my blocked list as you seem like you would be a nightmare to deal with.

Lody, first off, check out contract law- it's illegal. Clearly if you think a person's word shouldn't count for much, then it speaks far more loudly than your feedback does. Besides I can think of at least one notorious transformers seller now (wheeljackslab) who proves that feedback doesn't mean squat.

But hey, maybe it was an innocent mistake on the sellers part and they really didn't know right?

So you're saying that contract law doesn't exist them (as eBay makes it blatantly clear that winning an auction is a binding contract between a buyer and seller which every buyer and seller acknowledges and agrees to when they sign up for an ebay account)?

This guy acted illegally (shoplifting isn't murder either, neither is scamming someone, but are you saying that laws against theft and fraud should be ignored too) and you're defending it, as well as veiled threats of violence and bigoted and racist slurs. That's a massive red flag for anyone buying on eBay as it speaks volumes about your business ethics, which you are currently making appear non-existent through your attitude on this thread. Furthermore, it's something which as much as you might wish otherwise, a feedback pissing contest wont change.

I'll quote straight from ebay again, this time with emphasis:

I'll leave it upto them to decide which. But then it's this kind of attitude which internationally has become expected of bad US buyers.
